  Building a house with Magnolia Holmes was truly a great experience. Karen & Reggie are incredible at making sure your home is truly unique and distinctive. Along with the architect’s many efforts, they spent numerous hours in the beginning making sure our plans were perfect and to our exact specifications. They tirelessly work to ensure everything is planned out perfectly and that it remains that way throughout the building process. From there construction began and our construction supervisor, Hunter, was amazing. He was very organized and helpful by answering any and all questions no matter how small. He also made sure our home was completed in our desired time frame, which was fast!! The sales team was always available and made sure we had nothing to worry about along the way and that everything was going according to plan. We would, without hesitation, build our next home with Magnolia Homes due to the amazing commitment to quality they provide along with the stress-free process! We cannot say enough positive things about the efforts the entire Magnolia Homes team put in to make sure our home was built above and beyond our expectations!

  My husband and I bought our Magnolia Home a little over a year and a half ago, and we could not be happier! The decision to purchase a Magnolia Home was an easy one for us. The quality of the homes they build are amazing! We love the open floor plan, beautiful wood floors, high ceilings, granite counter tops, whirlpool bathtub, the list goes on and on. Each and every person we have interacted with from Magnolia Homes is professional, kind, and extremely helpful. I cannot say enough positive things about Magnolia Homes and the homes they produce. You will not find a better home, community setting, or company! As time progresses and our "new home" has become our "family home", and we continue to enjoy it, and our community's amenities, more and more.

  My family has lived in our Magnolia home for nine months and I continue to be impressed by the service we receive from Magnolia Homes. The process of building was pleasant and went smoothly. They helped us each step of the way with choosing a floor plan, selections for cabinets/paint/fixtures, and completing everything within our budget. Reggie and Karen are diligent with every detail and have high expectations for their subcontractors. We also appreciated the assistance of Deborah with selections and Hunter on-site, addressing every question or concern we had professionally and timely. Although the company is growing quickly, it felt like ours was the only home they were building!
